The Swiss Green Fintech Network is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to nurturing the green digital finance ecosystem in Switzerland. Guided by its ambition to position Switzerland as a global leader in green digital finance by 2030, the Network is devoted to facilitating optimal conditions for green fintechs and fostering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Our aim is to increase the number of women and female managers in the Swiss labor market, close the gender gap, reduce the unemployment rate and promote sustainable economic growth.

The SWISS ENGINEERS International Association (ISE STV) is the leading international association for engineers and architects in Switzerland. Since it was founded in 2017, the ISE STV has gained a total of around 1,000 members. Its aim is to promote exchange between members and to provide a discussion platform for topics relating to international engineering by acting as a driving force both nationally and internationally. Membership of our association is open to all entrepreneurs, managers and employees of companies from all areas of technology and engineering in Switzerland and abroad. ISE STV acts as a bridge between local Swiss engineers, Swiss engineers working abroad and foreign engineers working in Switzerland. We join forces in local and international networks across language and cultural boundaries, improve the exchange of knowledge and are a globally recognized Swiss engineering association. Talent Promotion Plus is an initiative of the Canton of Zurich’s Department of Education. Its aim is to motivate companies, professional associations and vocational schools to work together to systematically identify and promote talented learners in vocational education and training. The platform shows inspiring examples of how high performers are discovered and promoted and portrays players in vocational education and training who systematically promote talent. The Vocational Training Fund of the Canton of Zurich supports training companies and associations that provide special support to their high-performing apprentices during their apprenticeship with a lump-sum financial contribution. Information on this and the application form are available online on the platform.

Kangaroo of Mathematics is

• a mathematical multiple-choice competition for around 6 million participants in many European and non-European countries
• a competition that takes place once a year on the third Thursday in March in all participating countries at the same time; it is written as an exam competition at schools (under supervision)
• an event whose aim is to support mathematical education in schools, to awaken and consolidate the joy of working with mathematics and to promote independent work and work in the classroom by offering interesting tasks

Swiss Cyber Institute is a cybersecurity, AI, and data education provider recognized by the State Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation (SERI). Since its founding in 2019, the Institute has been developing practical training and continuing education programs for companies, government agencies, and individuals. These include technical courses for teams and individuals, management training, and preparatory courses for federal exams. The Institute was founded in Zurich, Switzerland, and has entities in the USA, Singapore, and the UAE.

Supported by its industry-leading cybersecurity network, the Institute also hosts the annual Global Cyber Conference featuring the “Swiss CISO Awards”. Every year, the event brings together international cybersecurity leaders, industry professionals, and academics in Zurich.

The Swiss Cyber Institute is a sector member of the International Telecommunication Union and a member of digitalswitzerland. Perspectives – Skilled workers from Tunisia for Swiss SMEs

Perspectives brings qualified young talent from Tunisia to Swiss SMEs for up to 18 months – without quotas or registration requirements. Swisscontact provides support with recruitment, visas and integration. Objective: to bridge the shortage of skilled workers, exchange knowledge.

At Good Chocolate Hub, everything revolves around creating a fairer and more sustainable chocolate world. We engage in educational and sensitization work, advocacy and networking to encourage responsible enjoyment and conscious consumption.

Through information, workshops as well as various event formats, collaborative projects and our Schoggifestival ehrundredlich, we raise awareness about social and environmental challenges in cocoa production and highlight actionable and ethical solutions for the private sector, governments and consumers. We work to improve conditions for farmers, fight child labor and protect forests and biodiversity throughout the cocoa and chocolate value chains.

Lauren Wildbolz is the founder of Future Cuisine and is dedicated to creating delicious, healthy, and sustainable food solutions. She works with food and food-tech companies globally, leveraging her expertise in plant-based nutrition and collaborating with scientists and startups to provide people with safe, affordable, and high-quality food.

As an independent knowledge hub, AGRIDEA has been proactively committed to sustainable, down-to-earth solutions in the Swiss agricultural and food sector since 1958. The association, with about 120 employees in Lindau, Lausanne and Cadenazzo, networks a wide range of actors through its agronomic methodological competencies and implements projects, courses, publications and software in strong partnerships.

Girls Can Code aims to prepare the next generation of female managers and entrepreneurs for the future. Therefore, young people from the age of 12, with a focus on girls, are to be given access to STEM subjects by introducing them to the different areas of application of technology in a playful way in an inclusive environment. The focus here is on programming activities. The association wants them to get to know their fields of interest in this area and explore them in an application-oriented way. The aim is to support girls in their career choices and to help them learn a technical, future-oriented profession that gives them financial independence, development opportunities and flexibility. The aim is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers at a social level.

Leading institutions from the Greater Zurich Area and the Rhine Valley merged their space expertise to establish the Center for Space and Aviation Switzerland and Liechtenstein (CSA). The federal foundation, under the strategic direction of the Zurich cantonal government’s decision on Space as a cantonal flagship (RRB-2024-372), aims to advance the New Space Economy through a unified approach. The Center represents a broad coalition in complementary research, teaching, innovation, and utilization areas of already established institutions in German-speaking Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This has overcome the fragmentation of the space sector and united the space areas under one roof in a common structure for national and international academic and industrial cooperation.

The CSA integrates the following institutions as partners: Innovation Cluster Space and Aviation, University of Zurich (UZH Space Hub) Center for Aviation and Space Competence, University of St. Gallen (CFAC-HSG), National Center for Biomedical Research in Space, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (NCBRS-HSLU), Swiss SkyLab Foundation as a Civil Research Flight Facility at Dübendorf Airfield, Aeromedical Institute of the Swiss Air Force (FAI), The Space Affairs Department of the National Administration of the Principality of Liechtenstein, Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL), Air Force Center, Air Base Dübendorf, Canton of Zurich, Department for Economic Affairs. The Center for Space and Aviation Switzerland and Liechtenstein (CSA) aims to harness the full potential of the New Space Economy for the region, together with its national and international partners.

EuroTube’s mission is to explore the next generation of mobility infrastructure technologies that will pave the way for a more sustainable future.

The demand for travel and transport continues to grow throughout the world, and with it comes the need to re-invent transport systems and their infrastructure for sustainability, speed, safety, and convenience. In recent years, many organizations have invested in the research of magnetic levitation trains, also known as “hyperloop.” This technology has the potential to be the transportation system of the next generation, as it combines speed with environmental sustainability.

As an independent research institute of national importance (RIPA Art 15), EuroTube builds the ecosystem of companies and university research to develop this next generation of infrastructure technology in Switzerland. EuroTube works to consolidate the research in hyperloop and next generation rail technology, train young researchers to become sustainability champions, and serve as ambassadors for this technical development, raising awareness among policymakers, the public, and the business community about the importance of sustainable transportation transformation.

Headquartered in Zurich, EuroTube operates a development lab and is currently constructing a high-tech testing infrastructure at the Innovationspark in Dübendorf, the DemoTube. This facility will allow the next generation of transport technology to be developed right here in Switzerland, and will offer research facilities for advanced construction methods, new types of magnetic propulsion systems, vacuum technology, and material sciences.

The investor and business development roadshows for Swiss startups are specifically structured to help them achieve this goal. For the past 15 years, the Swiss National Startup Team travelled to Boston to discover the exciting entrepreneurial scene of the United States of America. In 2014, we extended the Venture Leaders roadshow to China and New York and then added Silicon Valley in 2017 and Barcelona in 2019.

Only the 10 most promising Swiss startups per vertical will have the unique chance to join the Swiss National Startup Team every year and experience the intense international roadshow.
